Meals / Subscription Changes
Changes to meal plans must be made 3 business days in advance of the next meal delivery (Friday’s before Noon) To make changes to your meal plan, please sign in to your account and click on the “Orders” tab at the top of the page. There you can increase, decrease, pause or cancel your membership.
Your subscription charge will automatically deduct from your account the Friday before your meal is scheduled.
Pauses / Cancellations / Refunds
Pauses and cancellations must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the next meal delivery Friday’s before noon) After our cutoff time, orders enter the production schedule and are unable to be removed. Refunds will not be issued for meals in production. To pause or cancel your account, please log into your account and click on “Meal Plans,” “Cancel” – “Set Plan to Renew” select “No” and click “Update.” Refunds will not be issued for meals that have been delivered. If you receive a meal in error, we will either replace the meal or refund your account for the price of the meal.
Statement Regarding Food Allergies
If you have any food allergies, we advise you to exercise extreme caution when ordering from Go Spiced LLC. If you have moderate to severe allergies, we cannot recommend Go Spiced for you. Go Spiced LLC offers gluten free, vegan meals but these meals are not prepared in a gluten-free facility. If you have any questions regarding your food allergy, please contact our customer service department at 775-747-2090. Please be advised that some meals may contain these allergens.
Go Spiced LLC accepts no responsibility for damages related to meals that have been improperly stored. After meals are delivered, they should be refrigerated promptly (within two hours). Failure to promptly refrigerate meals will Go Spiced LLC of any liability or responsibility for damages related to meals that have been improperly stored after delivery.
Pick Up Locations
Our Pick Up Locations are open Mondays from 9am-6pm, please pick up your meal within that time period. Customers who have not picked up their orders within that time period will be notified by 5:30pm. All orders not picked up by Tuesday will be thrown away.
Reusable jars and carriers
Reusable jars will be returned to the pickup location. Please use any carriers you have previously been given to tote food items.
